How does the service work?
Pick a plan (every 30, 60, or 90 days, or a one-time visit), tell us how many filters you have, and choose your preferred service date. We service the Las Vegas area by scheduled routes, so we'll confirm your appointment after you book. We show up with the right filters, swap them out, and haul the old ones away. After your first service, we schedule your recurring visits for you.
What does it cost?
One flat rate per visit, with up to two standard-size filters included: MERV 8 is $109 every 90 days, $99 every 60 days, $89 every 30 days, or $139 one-time. The MERV 11 premium upgrade is $20 more per visit. Additional filters beyond the first two are $10 each on MERV 8 or $20 each on MERV 11. Per service visit, not a monthly subscription. Standard-size filters are included in the advertised price. Specialty or oversized filters may require custom pricing, which we'll confirm before service.
What if I don't know my filter size?
No problem. Choose "I don't know my filter size" when you book, and upload a photo of your current filter if you can. We'll confirm the size before your visit or measure it on site, and keep it on file so you never have to think about it again.
How often should I change my air filter in Las Vegas?
Most Las Vegas homes do best with a fresh filter every 30 to 60 days. Desert dust, construction, and an AC that runs most of the year load filters up much faster than the 90 days printed on the package. Homes with pets or allergies usually go with 30 days.
Does someone need to be home?
You don't have to be the person home, but an adult 18+ must be present to provide access to the property at the time of service.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Plans have no long-term contract. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Missed appointments, or appointments where required access is unavailable, may be subject to a $35 fee.
What areas do you serve?
Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and northwest Las Vegas, including Green Valley, Anthem, Centennial Hills, Providence, Skye Canyon, Mountains Edge, Southern Highlands, Inspirada, and Cadence. We do not currently service North Las Vegas.
Do you service businesses?
Yes. We service offices, property managers, HOAs, multifamily properties and other commercial accounts. Commercial service is priced separately based on the size and scope of the property. Contact us for commercial service pricing.
Are you an HVAC company?
No. Our service is limited to the delivery and replacement of air filters. We do not diagnose, repair, alter, install or service HVAC equipment or systems. If we notice an issue with your HVAC equipment during service, we'll recommend contacting a qualified HVAC professional.
